COVID-19 Vaccine DOWNLOADS: Presentation and Printable

It is very difficult for people to find information about potential risks from COVID-19 vaccines. To be clear, I am not an anti-vaxxer, but having seen the effects of vaccine injury first-hand in some of my healthcare clients, I am a strong advocate for Informed Consent.


I have put together a couple new resources for learning more about COVID-19 vaccines. It is likely that you have never seen this information because it is being actively censored on the news media, social media platforms, YouTube, and Google.

Informed Consent

The Nuremberg Code, which was established after the atrocities under the Nazis, states that voluntary consent is "absolutely essential" and defines consent as "free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion."


I hope these resources help you and your loved ones become informed about potential benefits and risks of COVID-19 vaccines. Feel free to share these resources widely electronically as well as in hard copy.

Thank you so much for speaking up! I am grateful for you and literally hundreds of doctors in this country (who are being censored) trying to get the truth out. My husband faces ¨termination as a state employee here in WA State October 18. He has requested a religious exemption and apparently HR gets to decide whether or not his faith constitutes an exemption. The abuse of ¨emergency power¨ for a new type of flu is highly disturbing and unconstitutional as you know. Hi Elisa, So sorry to hear about your situation. This is happening all over the country now, and we the people have to stand up and push back against it. Is there someone at Brown who is organizing people there to push back against these mandates?

Not that I know of...They are doing this very anonymously. The message of denying my medical request was encrypted (then deleted) and signed "Human Resources", not an actual name. I had another message about "a panel of medical experts from Brown" who denied my request. I have no idea who is responsible for this and who is in charge. I wish I could know a name so I could reason with them and explain my situation. I know that over 95% of faculty and employees have shown proof of complete vaccination against covid19, so it is only 5% who can potentially be in my situation at Brown, but I have no idea how to find out who is among the…

I am so happy to see this PDF you put together Sarah. Thank you so much. I am in a horrible situation now because my employer Brown University has threatened to fire me if I do not show proof of vaccination by September 6th. Due to severe reactions to vaccines in the past, my doctor thinks it is contraindicated for me to get the covid19 shot and has written a medical exemption for me from the requirement of getting the covid19 shot. Brown university denied my medical exemption without even asking for my medical records. They are clearly violating the Nuremberg code and many other moral and legal rules.
